2010 Westpac Fill a Gap Funding

Has your care group planted an area but some seedlings have not survived?

  • Do you want to fill the gaps with new plants?
  • The Tasmanian Landcare Association (TLCA), in partnership with Landcare Australia Ltd and Westpac are making funding available ($150 per group) to buy new plants, stakes and protectors to “fill-a-gap”.
  • If your group is a current financial member of the TLCA (2010-2011), you can apply for theFill-A-Gap funding.
  • The TLCA will transfer money into your account  and send you a simple report and acquittal form to be completed after the gap is filled!

2010 Tasmanian Government Landcare Assistance Program (LAP) grants now available.  Download a 2010 LAP application form.To be eligible your group must be a current TLCA financial year member.  If you do not have an ABN then you must submit a Statement by Supplier and any previous funds received must have an Acquittal form completed.

 

Round 2 of the Tasmanian Landcaring Grants will open in August.  Grants up to $20,000 will be available for care groups and individual landcarers.  Projects will need to target the following Caring For our Country priorities:

(i) Participation in natural resource management.

(ii) Increasing native habitat.

(iii) Increasing coastal community engagement.

(iv) Improving knowledge and skills of land managers.
